Customer comments on our products
At Zoomalia, we attach great importance to the transparency and reliability of customer reviews. To this end, we count both internal reviews, i.e. those left directly on our site by our customers after their purchase, and external reviews from independent, certified third-party platforms.
Here's how we account for these different notices:
Internal reviews: after each order, our customers receive an email inviting them to leave a review of the products they have ordered. These reviews are published directly on the product sheets and on our 'Customer reviews' page, after moderation to avoid inappropriate or fraudulent comments.
External reviews: we use platforms specialized in the collection and certification of reviews, such as Avis Vérifiés. These reviews are collected independently from our customers and cannot be modified or deleted by us. As Zoomalia is not an official Trustpilot partner, customer reviews on this platform are not necessarily verified.
On our 'Customer reviews' page, you'll find a summary of all these reviews, both internal and external. The total number of reviews displayed corresponds to the sum of these two sources. We also display separately the number of reviews from each external platform.
This methodology enables us to offer you a complete and reliable overview of our customers' feedback, in complete transparency. So you can form an objective opinion of the quality of our products and services before you buy.
