- 150g chicken breast cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 225g whole wheat flour (if possible)
- 5 tablespoons rolled oats
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until you get a dough that's easy to work with. If it turns out too liquid, add more flour.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form small mounds.
Place in the oven for about 30 minutes. Turn the biscuits over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Store the biscuits for a few days in the fridge to make them crispy.

- 1 can of tuna in water (about 90g)
- 60g rice or quinoa flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated Emmental
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a bowl, mix together the egg and flour. Then incorporate the crumbled tuna, cheese, and thyme.
Fill small silicone molds and bake for 15 minutes.
Finally, place the small cakes in the refrigerator until they are ready to enjoy.
