Hello, I purchased this heater model in the 250-watt version from your website to heat my 400-liter tank. Unfortunately, it doesn't manage to heat the water, which remains around 21°C despite trying all possible settings and it stays constantly in heating mode with the indicator light on. I had to add another 200-watt heater to compensate for this deficiency. The circulation in my tank is good (2 external Eheim filters and a circulation pump exceeding a total of 3000L/H) and the water around the heater is well circulated.
