Hello,Same here with my bag; the kibbles don't stick, and my cat still loves them just as much. If the kibbles are sticking, I think, as mentioned earlier, it might be due to humidity. Did the package arrive without holes? Is there a hole in the bag? Because if the kibbles were in contact with water, they would rot, which is likely why the cats no longer want to eat them. Otherwise, contact the service to see if it might be a batch problem! It can happen. Good luck.
