Hello, On the packaging it says: For use every 15 days for a volume of 120L to 1000L = 1 Ampoule, 1000L to 2000L = 2 Ampoules, 2000L to 3000L = 3 Ampoules. Personally, I have been using BioDigest ampoules for over two years. For my aquariums under 120L, I have used one ampoule per month instead of every 15 days.

Good evening. This product is excellent, but it is a maintenance product, not for repairing an issue related to ammonia... Personally, I use one vial per week in a 450-liter tank and two at the time of a water change. Don't expect anything spectacular, but doing without it might expose you to problems that could be... (spectacular)

Hello, if your aquarium is well cycled and balanced, there's no need to add an ampoule every week. Once a month is sufficient, especially when you clean the filter media with the water from the aquarium itself. Best regards, Jérémy

Good evening. For my 450-liter tank, I use one vial of Biodigest every time I clean my external filter's pre-filter, every 15 days. Don't forget to turn off the UV filter for 24 hours when adding the Biodigest vial to allow the bacteria to proliferate properly.
