Hello, my land does not surround my house. Therefore, if I place the wire in a closed circuit, it will create a boundary for entering the house as well. How can I manage this? Can the device be turned off before letting the animal into the house and then turned back on once they are outside? Would it damage the device to do this multiple times a day? For the wire distance, 150m is much too short. Can two wires be combined? If yes, how do I connect the wires? Thank you in advance.

Hello, are the collar box and the transmitter box waterproof? Can the transmitter box be mounted under a carport? Thank you

Hello, the collar must be waterproof, however, the fence transmitter is not, and it is clearly indicated that it should only be installed indoors in a dry place, as otherwise, there is a risk of electrocution. Therefore, placing it in a carport is not possible.

Hello, is it possible to delimit an area within another area? For example: mark the perimeter of the yard and then mark the perimeter of the pool, while allowing the dog to walk around the pool. Thank you for your help.

Hello, are the collar case and the transmitter case waterproof? Does the transmitter case operate on mains power or batteries? (If on batteries, how long is the estimated battery life, please?) Thank you.

Hello, the transmitter box must be connected to a power outlet, while the collar box operates with a battery. The battery life depends on its usage, but an indicator light will inform you when the battery is low.

Hello, I would like to delineate an area where my dog can go. In fact, I would like to prevent him from swimming in a pond. So, can I prevent him from crossing a line, even if there is no wall behind it?

Hello, there is no need to have a fence; in the pack, you have flags to serve as a marker for the dog.

Hello, is it possible to use both an anti-bark collar and a fence collar on the same dog? Thank you

Hello Jean-Yves_R, I don't think it's necessary to suddenly put both collars on them. They first need to learn their boundaries with the anti-escape collar. This should be done in several stages so the dog understands it well. Personally, I would choose either the barking or the escaping issue.

Hello, does it require a closed-circuit operation for the fence to be effective? Can we place it on a fence, or does it need to be buried only? Thank you for your feedback.

at what distance from the wire is the dog electrocuted? and at what distance does the beep appear? it is written "When the dog approaches the boundaries" but are the boundaries the wires or, for example, 0.5 meters around the wire???

zoomalia
Hello, The correction of the fence depends on the chosen setting; the beep appears just before the correction, and the limit is the wire, but the correction takes place at the distance you have selected (e.g., 0.5 around the wire).

Hello, I would like to know the amount of wire included in the pack. It says "can cover up to 4 hectares", but not the quantity of the wire. Thank you in advance for your response.
