Zoomalia's Booster formulas are annual subscriptions that multiply your loyalty points on every purchase for 1 year. With the Booster x2 and x3 formulas, you can double or triple your points, and build up a kitty faster to use on your next orders.
Booster x2: for only 2.99€ per year, you double your points on every purchase.
Booster x3: for only 9.99€ per year, this formula allows you to triple your points on all your purchases and includes the Zen guarantee on your web orders for a full year, giving you extra peace of mind and protection. 1 dogwash token is also offered to you in store to take advantage of our self-service washing system ideally equipped for grooming your dog in complete safety.
When you subscribe to a Booster package, the loyalty points you earn on each purchase over the course of a year are multiplied according to the package you choose. For example, with Booster x2, if you were to receive 50 points for a purchase, you will receive 100. With Booster x3, the same 50 points become 150 points.
Zen Guarantee" is a "Satisfied or your money back" commercial guarantee normally offered from 2.99€ per order. This paying option includes the following services:
The Customer is satisfied or reimbursed for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase of the product.
Customer requests will be handled as a matter of urgency and priority by Customer Service.
Claims will be settled without waiting for the return of the original parcel or confirmation by the carrier for the following reasons (loss, damage).

Yes! Whether you buy online or in-store, your loyalty points will be doubled or tripled, depending on the formula you choose.
You can keep track of your points by consulting your loyalty account on our website or via the Zoomalia app. Each time you make a purchase, the total points earned will be displayed, including the multiplier applied.
No, all points accumulated during your Booster subscription remain valid, even if you choose not to renew the subscription when it expires.
At present, Booster formulas are nominative and only available for personal loyalty accounts. They cannot be offered directly to another user. However, you can always encourage your friends and family to sign up themselves to enjoy the benefits!
At the end of the subscription year, you'll receive a reminder to renew the Booster formula if you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of point multiplication.
