We process the information you send us in order to provide you with the requested service, to send you messages regarding purchased or similar products as well as to carry out the invoice thereof.

The personal data we will process are your identification, product consultation and purchase data as well as your delivery address in order to be able to track your orders and ensure delivery.

The data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the period corresponding to legal obligations, i.e. a maximum of 10 years.

We process your data only if we have your free and informed consent, and always in accordance with the purposes described.

Become a Zoomalia member

Becoming a member on Zoomalia allows you to benefit from specific, free services on the site. The only mandatory information is your username, email and password. You can choose whether or not to make your email visible on your public profile from your member interface. Your email address will never be passed on to partner companies without your consent; it will only be used to occasionally send you messages relating to your Zoomalia member account.

The optional information provided on the member account allows us to get to know you better in order to produce aggregated statistics on Zoomalia users (average age, places of residence...). Your postal address will never be used to send you advertising mail, it will nevertheless be useful if you are the winner of a competition organized by Zoomalia!

No personal information (name, address...) is ever sold or passed on to outside companies.

Newsletter subscription

Subscribing to our newsletters is free of charge and without any time commitment. You can unsubscribe at any time via your member interface or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter you receive.

Right of rectification and deletion

All the personal information we hold for you can be accessed via your member interface using the username and password you chose when you registered.

Community support

When you purchase a product on the Zoomalia.com website, you may receive a single email to inform you of a question asked by another user about that product. This approach is designed to encourage our customers to help each other, while keeping communications to a minimum. Please note that you are in no way automatically connected to the forum. To interact or reply, you must first click on the link contained in the email, which requires a voluntary action on your part.

In addition, you always have the option of managing your subscriptions as you wish and unsubscribing at any time. This can be done easily from your dashboard or by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
